Timothy Adkins (aka Splice™) is the owner and CEO of the company which has a net worth of 4.3 billion dollars.
Splice™ has hired a select group of mercenaries (which he refers to as technicians) to kill anyone he wants dead. The group consists of: Blister™, Bareback™, CC Honey™ and the Cicada Twins™. Each technician is given a ticket (which is a contract to kill) for a client (the person that has a hit on them). After the ticket order has been resolved, the technician receives his commission based on his job performance.
